We offer dimensional control of products, tools, fixtures and molds. It doesn't matter if the scanned part has couple of centimeters or several meters, we can scan its geometry with an accuracy of up to 0.02 millimeters. As part of dimensional inspection, we can also focus on geometric tolerances (GD&T) and compare the actual values with the tolerances prescribed on the production drawing.
This way, you can easily and effectively inspect the quality of your products, tools, fixtures, moulds and whole assembly process, or inspect the quality of supplied components from your suppliers.
What is the process?
We offer reverse engineering services on various types of objects, industrial products, but also, for example, museum exhibits, sculptures, and other types of art.
Reverse engineering is a technological process of object digitization, thanks to which we can create a CAD model and production drawing according to your requirements from an existing product. Scanned data can also be used e.g. for 3D printing, simulations, animations or archiving.

What is the process?
We offer comprehensive services from consultation, through the preparation of 3D models and production drawings and we can also coordinate production or assembly process.
We will ensure the entire development and construction from the initial idea, or we will create a professional 3D model from your drawing or just a sketch. We will then create assemblies and move the individual parts, or create simulations and analyzes according to your requirements. The implementation of the entire project always takes place in close contact with the customer, and we consult and agree on all changes. Upon agreement, in cooperation with our partners, we can ensure and coordinate 3D printing, or CNC prototype and small series production.
We have over 10 years of experience with the most sophisticated professional CAD systems, including Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Catia V5, Autodesk Inventor, Pro/Engineer and Creo Parametric.
