Technology
Using the professional metrological 3D scanner T-Scan Hawk from the German company ZEISS GOM, we can capture even the finest details very quickly. The scanner is compact and portable, thanks to which the measurement can also take place directly at the customer's site. Under ideal conditions, we can measure with an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm.
The scanned data is then processed in the GOM Inspect software, in which we are able to carry out a complete inspection of the part and issue a report. Alternatively, we will use the scanned data as a basepoint for 3D model and construction drawings creation in the reverse engineering process.
Our 3D scanner is a certified metrology equipment, and it finds the use in the reverse engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance. It can be used both indoors and outdoors to scan small and also large objects with high precision and the finest details.
Scanning capabilities
Our 3D scanner enables scanning of large objects thanks to built-in photogrammetry. It is not a problem to scan, for example, the fuselage of an airplane.
Switching between three different scanning modes allows us to achieve the highest accuracy in one scan where it is necessary. By this way, we increase the quality and accuracy of the scanned result, while reducing the scanning time and saving your costs at the same time.
Scanning of large areas and for fast scanning, where the finest details are not that important
Scanning of small areas, fine details and dark or reflective surfaces
Scanning of deep holes, various grooves, openings and hard-to-reach areas
